Nate Walker
President
Nate played 5 years of Division I baseball at College of the Holy Cross and Northwestern University where he received a Bachelor’s of Economics and a Master’s of Sports Administration. Following the completion of his Master’s Degree at Northwestern, the Tampa Bay Rays hired Nate as an Advanced Scout for the 2016 season. His primary duties were to assist the Major League coaching staff with game preparation as well as assist the front office with statistical research projects, the Amateur Draft, the Trade Deadline, and Minor League Free Agency. Following the 2016 season, Nate was hired by the Toronto Blue Jays in a similar capacity. After the 2017 MLB season ended, Nate decided to take the management skills he learned in the front offices to start Diamond Solutions, a player development consulting firm that educates coaches and players how they can utilize data analysis to gain a competitive advantage on the field.
Dominick Johnson
Vice-President
Dom is widely regarded as the best private pitching coach in the country. He has developed over 100 Division I pitchers, 75 Minor League pitchers, 3 of which were the number one overall pick in the draft, and 15 Major League pitchers including one 200 game winner, one MLB All-Star (2017), and three World Series Champions (2017). He has been mentioned in numerous media publications such as MLB.com, LA Times, San Diego Union-Tribune, Baseball America and Fangraphs. He is currently serving as the Vice-President of Diamond Solutions, running his private pitching coach business, and assisting the University of St. Katherine’s baseball team.
